What is a pre-coated steel coil

Prior to forming tinplate, cold-rolled steel sheets and aluminum coils, the full-width metal substrate undergoes double-sided roller coating with polyester paint, followed by continuous high-temperature baking and curing. This process produces color pre-coated steel sheets and pre-coated aluminum coils.
The finished coils can be directly stamped into baking trays, food containers, equipment housings, lunch boxes and can lids without secondary spraying. This process follows the pre-coating route of "Coating first, forming later".
