In the production of food cans, dry goods cans, and beverage cans, problems such as poor coating resistance to cooking, blackening of the can body, corrosion of acidic contents, leakage of the can, and damage to the stamped weld coating are often encountered. At the mildest, the appearance is poor, and at the worst, the entire batch is scrapped.
We have been deeply engaged in pre-coated tinplate matching for many years and are familiar with the core working conditions of the canning industry such as 121‑127℃ autoclaving, deep drawing molding, and high-frequency welding. We also provide epoxy phenolic, epoxy amino, and acrylic anti-sulfur coatings for different food systems such as meat, fruits and vegetables, sauces, and seafood.
The plate coating is uniform and dense, and iron is not easily exposed during molding and welding. It effectively blocks the migration of metal ions, is acid-resistant and sulfur-resistant without blackening, and meets food contact safety standards.
We provide long-term services to canning factories and packaging companies, reducing quality risks such as leaking cans, vulcanization, and coating peeling from the source, and improving the qualification rate of finished products.
