When sheets undergo bending and stamping procedures, surface coatings tend to crack, which may lead to finished product scrapping.
We have years of experience developing food-grade non-stick pre-coated sheets. Targeting the working conditions of commercial ovens, baking manufacturers and chain catering bakeware — including high-temperature baking, frequent demolding and high-pressure cleaning — we adopt composite coating systems of Teflon, silicone and ceramic to maintain stable coating adhesion and temperature resistance.
The material fits forming processes for bakeware such as deep drawing, bending and curling without coating peeling after fabrication. Finished products withstand temperatures ranging from 220℃ to 300℃, deliver smooth non-stick performance for easy cleaning, and have passed FDA food contact certification.
